CIBO has a detailed Installation, Care and Maintenance Instructions booklet that is included with every product, to ensure that the installation process is as easy as possible and to maximise the longevity of your bathroomware.
 
The CIBO Warranty is one year on all workmanship and materials unless otherwise stated on the individual product.
 
Please note: the warranty is only valid if a qualified and licensed plumber or builder installs your bathroomware / bathroom furniture.
 
A visual inspection must be made of the product on pick up or delivery, by the person receiving it, prior to installation. If damage has occurred in transit and/or a visible defect exists, do not proceed with installation. Please contact your place of purchase immediately to advise your concerns.
 
CIBO will not be liable for the cost of installation or removal of the bathroomware and the warranty will be voided if a defective product is installed or if damage occurs during or after installation.
 
If a defective product is installed, CIBO will not accept responsibility or obligation to repair or supply a replacement product.
